You can also complete our online 'information request' form at algeos.com Delivery For 'in-stock items' we offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). We aim to deliver all 'in- stock items placed after 12 noon within 48-72 hours, however we often esceed expectation and goods are received within this time scale. If you would like to gaurantee NEXT DAY delivery we advise you refer to the Next Day/Timed delivery costings below. For 'non-stock items' such as large equipment, machinery and furniture, we may have to order the item from our suppliers and it may take longer for us to be able to send you your order. This will be highlighted at the point of order and you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. After Sales Support: Here at Algeos we try our best to help our customers with as much information and specification details of all of our products, please contact us with any support you may need and we will help in anyway we can. It is important you contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods to tell us about any problems with your order. We will aim to resolve these enquiries quickly to your satisfaction. If you are still awaiting delivery of your goods, after 5 days from the time of placing your order, please contact us and we will investigate the relevant postal/carriage service for you and advise. Missing Deliveries Returns Please contact our Customer Service Team within 5 days of receipt of your order to rectify any anomalies (e.g. quality, wrong items and incomplete orders) Prior to agreed return of any items you must have a returns code from the Customer Service Team. You must clearly mark the return number on the outside of the returns package, you must complete all fields on the returns form found on the reverse of the despatch note. The completed return form should be enclosed with the goods being returned. Returned goods that have not been pre agreed or do not arrive as requested above can be restocked without refund or credit within 21 days. Once received we will investigate your reason for the return and will advise you of a credit, refund, exchange or repair within 5 working days.
