As a result, Algeos now has a dedicated Quality & Compliance team, whose sole function is to ensure that all operations within Algeos are fully compliant with all necessary industry regulations and the high quality of our products and service is maintained at all times. We are very proud to announce that in addition to our existing ISO 9001 certification, we have now been awarded with ISO 13485 for implementing the Quality Management System specifically for the manufacture and distribution of Medical Devices. The criteria specifically looks at levels of efficiency (to benefit the customers, suppliers, management team and especially workers), quality of service, communication, self-assessment, risk management, cleanliness and safety.
