Go North Our Go North business objectives guide everything we do as a company, giving us a clear direction and shared priorities. They help connect individual and team contributions to our wider vision, so everyone understands how their work makes an impact. Personal Development Plans (PDPs) Your career matters to us. That's why we create personalised development plans with you, identifying your goals, mapping out the skills you want to build, and providing the resources to help you get there. Learning and Development Opportunities We invest in training, workshops, and mentoring to help you grow. Whether it's learning new technical skills, developing leadership capability, or exploring a different area of the business, we encourage you to keep building your knowledge. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Life isn't always straightforward, which is why we offer confidential support through our EAP. From financial advice to counselling, it's there to help you navigate life's challenges. Listening Room Our weekly Mental Health First Aid Listening Room is available every Wednesday at 10- 10:30am and acts as a safe, confidential space to talk openly about anything on your mind, with a trained listener who can offer guidance and support. Open Door and Fresh Eyes Approach We believe in transparency and accessibility. Our open door policy means you can speak to any manager or leader at any time. Our fresh eyes approach encourages new ideas, perspectives, and constructive feedback from everyone, regardless of role or experience.
