Prosthetics Acrylic Resins High-quality laminating resins for processing glass and carbon fibres. Very good for bonding with metals, plastics and wood. The laminates are not thermally remouldable and have a very high heat distortion point. Slow curing with almost no shrinking. The mixing ratio has to be adhered exactly: To 100g resin add 20g hardener. Aortha Epoxide Polymer Acrylic/Epoxide thermosetting laminating resin with shelf life of up to 8 months. Thinner viscosity allowing easier hand lay-up, workability and fibre wet out. Low shrinkage of less than 3% compared to polyester resins. Code RA3007 Size 4.9kg Acrylic Laminating Resin 80:20 Rigid Acrylic Resin. Transparent, thermoplastic and skin-friendly. Can be mixed with all other acrylic resins. Curing by means of approx. 1 – 3% hardener paste or hardener powder 50. Code Size TK1208 900g TK1210 4.6kg Carbon Resin Rigid Acrylic Casting Resin. Our carbon resin is about 10% thinner than Laminating Resin 80:20 and especially designed for the processing of carbon fibres, i.e. for top quality casting resin parts, which require extraordinary high stability and which are mainly made of carbon fibres. Curing by means of approx. 1 – 3 % hardener paste or hardener powder 50. Code Size TK1220 900g TK1222 4.6kg Plastic Acrylic Casting Resin Can be mixed with all other acrylic resins.
