aortha Low Medium Density EVA 260
Low Medium EVA is the newest density in the aortha range. Responding
medium density and the softness of the low density materials, the low
medium EVA is a soft foam that is capable of bearing heavier weights.
Mouldable between 120°C and 170°C depending on density with an
average oven time of 2 minutes per mm.
Sheet Size: 101cm x 98cm.
Applications:
• Med/Low density insoles
• To produce a TCI (total contact insole) & FFO (fully functional orthoses)
• Insoles, AFO lining, KAFO lining and DAFO lining
• Suitable for CAD-CAM milling
Processing Notes:
• Can be used to create foot orthoses
• Forefoot relief
• Cushioning in footwear
